Session #1 - Drill and Play
1st-2nd grade all skill levels
Join us for a training session specially geared toward our younger players! Athletes will learn the basic fundamental concepts important to building a foundation for success at the next level of play. Each day will include a main teaching concept with a game-based drill translated into game situations.
Dates: Mondays: Sept 9th - Sept 30th (4 weeks)
Cost: $155
Time: 4:30-5:30pm
Level: 1st-2nd grade, boys and girls

Session #2 - European Fundamentals
3rd-5th grade intermediate / advanced*
This popular session will focus on the importance of understanding how to attack the basket with an explosive first step, creating contact, reading the defense and finishing! Players will learn the foundation of shooting off the catch and off the dribble and how to increase their long range accuracy without form breakdown. Players will take notes during the video session and work on competitive small-sided situations.
Dates: Mondays: Sept 9th - Sept 30th (4 weeks)

Session #4 - European Fundamentals
6th-8th grade intermediate & advanced
This popular training session will cover the fundamentals of the game in an intermediate level environment. Focus will be placed on understanding how to attack the basket with an explosive first step, defending on the perimeter and efficient passing technique. All drills will be followed with game-based drills in a competitive situation.
