Jason grew up in Palatine, IL and played for Coach Eric Millstone during his two-year stint on the varsity team at Palatine High School. He went on to attend Arizona State University, where he founded the first nationally recognized club basketball team. While leading the club team, ASU won the PAC-12 regional championship and made it to the national championship tournament before falling to Ohio State in the Elite 8. Jason graduated from Arizona State in 2020 and went on to achieve his masters from Northwestern University in Sports Administration soon after.

Jason is the definition of a ‘players coach’. Those that have played for Jason know that he is in total support of his players growth as both players and as people, and is each of their their biggest fans. He is an exceptional role model to young athletes, and we’re very proud to have him with the Ignite program. Jason constantly encourages those around him to be the best teammates and leaders that they can be, while developing hard-nosed competitors in the process.

When he’s not on the court, Jason works for Wilson Sporting Goods with aspirations to lead an NBA team’s front office down the road.
