Brian grew up in Mount Prospect. He played for Coach John Camardella at Prospect High School, where he was a team captain and voted all-conference during his senior year. He went on to attend the University of Minnesota, dominating the local intramural basketball & cornhole scene. Upon graduating, he has returned to the area to work as a forensic & litigation consultant.

Brian was a smart, savvy player. If Nikola Jokic & John Stockton blended their skillsets into a 6’5, hard-working scrapper, it would be Brian. As he has now transitioned from player to coach, his interest lies in helping produce tough, high IQ players who play a team-first brand of basketball. He exudes positive energy on the court and goes above and beyond for the players he works with.

His favorite hoops quote says “teamwork is the beauty of the sport, where you have five acting as one”. We are beyond excited to have Brian in the Ignite program!!
